Closure of the Pastec Walvis Bay Branch

Our Walvis bay branch closed it's doors in October, the functions have been distributed as follows, 
Walvis Bay Administration:
All administrative tasks, including annual renewals and related invoicing and correspondence will be managed by our Windhoek Branch.
Erongo Support Services:
Our Walvis bay branch no longer provides direct support services.
We wish Herman Pritzlaff (who is no longer certified to provide Sage Pastel Support) everything of the best with the new direction (IT) he has chosen, following his resignation.

On Site Support
Pastec Distribution Walvis Bay has selected our preferred Reseller in the Erongo Region, Synapse, to provide our customers with the highest quality "On-Site" support.
All support requests requiring a technician on site will be referred to Synapse, or, you may email support@synapse.com.na with your query and your request will automatically be added to the online "Ticketing" system.
If your company utilises the services of another IT company, we will do our best to work with your chosen IT support company to ensure continued support.
